Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

We pack every order with care. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day; orders placed after that are processed the next business day. Please allow a handling time of 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your parcel.

Delivery time

After dispatch, transit takes 6–9 business days. In total, please allow 7–12 business days from the day you place your order until it arrives. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $4.99, calculated at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
