Orders are picked, checked and dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in Guangdong, China. That is why total delivery takes 7–12 business days: 1–3 business days handling to prepare and dispatch your parcel, then 6–9 business days in transit. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are processed the same business day.
