Refund policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy 30-day returns and exchanges.

Our 30-day promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original condition.

How to start a return

Email support@maevejune.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with simple instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days and email you to confirm. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know and we’ll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
